What is the Business Development Program (BDP)?

The BDP provides business development resources and counseling to existing local entrepreneurs and new business start-ups. We collaborate with a strong network of mentors, community service providers and professionals.

A Team Working For You

The Business Development Program motivates clients to develop their own ideas and projects and will not initiate or recruit projects to develop. The mandate is to provide a 100% client-responsive service while remaining loyal to the clients it serves. The Business Coach has a wealth of experience and skill sets that includes small business experience, coaching, communication and facilitation. The program brings a strong network of potential mentors, agency contacts and professionals who are able and willing to contribute free of charge to the development of client based projects. A mentorship team of community professionals meet with the Coach on an as needed basis to brainstorm solutions for client challenges that are presented in confidence. This volunteer support brings additional knowledge in specialty fields ranging from marketing, product development to finance.

The program is designed to enhance and support current programs within the community.
